Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Memento. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Memento application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Memento up and running without interruptions, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free. We may modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
